Core Trainers
DENNIS MEAD-SHIKALY works with individuals, groups, and organizations to increase their life-skills set and personal consciousness. His mission is to live conscious and connected, and to support others to make healthy conscious choices. He was born in New York, undergraduate education in Political Science and graduate work in Social Psychology. He has been doing personal growth work for over 30 years.

Dennis has written and lectured extensively on emotional intelligence and conscious gender politics. He has presented his unique approach to numerous organizations, including corporations, government agencies, men's groups, women's groups, and Rotary, Lions, & Kiwanis' clubs. He conducts groups and workshops across the country, working with men, women, and couples. As a coach, organizational consultant, and trainer, Dennis offers the view of fierce and tender self-awareness as a pathway to consciousness.

Dennis is the former Executive Director of The Mankind Project, an international men's training organization. He is currently a consultant to the MKPI Executive Committee in the development of a curriculum of additional trainings. He is a certified workshop facilitator, and has worked extensively in the US, Canada, and the UK. He and his partner celebrate a conscious marriage of 17 years. They live in Ashland, OR with their two sons.

DEAN WALKER has designed and delivered safe and powerful experiential learning for more than 50,000 people over the past 20 years. He has worked in corporate leadership trainings in the US, Hong Kong, and Europe. His client list includes: AT&T, Cathay Pacific Airlines, James River Paper, SuperCamps, and Nike. He has also designed and delivered trainings for high-school and college-age youth in the US, Canada, and the UK. Dean's forte has been the design of engaging material that anchors learning in difficult, awkward, or fearful subject matter. Dean and his wife live in Talent, OR.

LUKE ENTRUP is an educator, consultant, and writer. He is a co-founder and creator of "Beyond the Machine", a non-profit program that provides experiential education for people ages 18-35.by multiple sources as a vocal leader of the Next Generation, you can find his public speaking & writing on the topic of "Trends of the Next Generation" such as Columbia University Press and The Discovery Channel. He also offers services in management consulting and life coaching. Luke has a BA in Contemplative Psychology from Naropa University. He lives in Boulder, CO.

DAN MCKEE directs Awakening Life, Inc., a non-profit organization dedicated to the teaching and facilitation personal and organizational change and multicultural awareness. Through Awakening Life, Inc. and the ManKind Project International, Dan facilitates groups individuals toward recognizing and appreciating differences, to create safe and empowered relationships. Dan lives in Neskowin, OR

PAUL MOSS graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University in 1960 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. Many careers ensued, beginning with the financial sector on Wall Street, the advertising business on Madison Avenue, commercial real estate in New York City and television promotion. He moved to the West Coast in 1967 and began entrepreneurial pursuits in marketing and business promotion. A burning curiosity for human potential sparked many years of consciousness growth, spiritual unfolding and a desire to help others become all they can be. Currently, he is a certified co-leader and former Center Director for the Mankind Project, an international men's organization. In addition to consulting and coaching, Paul is a volunteer with CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate), and with Mediation Works in Medford, OR Paul and his wife live in Ashland, OR.

CHRISTOPHER WUNDERLICH created his first men's group as a sophomore at the Minneapolis College of Art & Design where he earned a Bachelors of Fine Arts degree. He has since gone on to work extensively with the ManKind Project's training programs, the Lakota tribes of the Upper Midwest and the Hollow Bones order of Rinzai Zen. He has most recently been co-creator and lead facilitator of "Beyond The Machine", a training for, and community of, young people. Chris' intention is to coach participants in developing personal responsibility and discipline, and to assist in creating a life mission with practical goals. Chris supports young people in group work and community building, in holding each other accountable in their mission, goals, and personal work. He lives in Boulder, CO.
